Generally speaking, with the exception of the point guard position this is a pretty weak draft pool. There could be as many as 7 PGs taken in just the first 14 lottery slots, but beyond that lies a morass of mediocre talent and leaps of faith teams will have to make based on the hope that the projected 'up side' of many players actually pays off.
